Open Mic and scheduled readings may be recorded for broadcast on Ashes, Paper & Beans: Fredericton’s Writing & Art Show on CHSR 97.9 FM.
Table fee: tables $10 (full tables only). Payable to: BS Poetry Society, Box 596 Stn A, Fredericton NB E3B 5A6. Doors open @ 11 AM for exhibitor setup. Contact (506) 454-5127, firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve tables and to book a launch or reading.
Free things (info, publications, calls for submissions, etc.) can be mailed to us for the distribution table. The fair itself will not sell for folks who can’t make it, but if you can arrange for someone local (say, a UNB, STU or NBCCD student) to represent you @ the fair that would be great!

Included a Blacktop MotorCycle Gang "reading raid" by Yolande House, Biff Mitchell, Joe Blades, Vivian Unger & Todd Arsenault; a book launch presentation by Nela Rio for Retrato de una nube: Primera antologia del cuernto hispano canadiense (Ottawa: Editorial Lugar Común) eds Luis Molina Lora & Julio Torres-Recinos; and readings by Jo-Anne Elder and Fred Mundle.
2008 SPRING: 15 March @ Gallery ConneXion, 453 Queen St (Justice Building Annex). Participants from Fredericton included Knowledge is Power Collective, revue ellipse mag, AB Collector Publishing, Sublime Creatures, Hugh Thomas w/ Book Thug (Toronto), Broken Jaw Press, Random Paper and Fabric, Goose Lane Editions, QWERTY magazine, and the Writers’ Federation of New Brunswick. Participants from Halifax included Eye Level Gallery, an artist-run center; Anchor Archives; and S.A.G.S.R.I. (Suitcase Art Gallery Space Research Institute). Other exhibitors include Guernica (Toronto) and White Dwarf Editions (Montreal). Other activities included readings by Astrid Bruner and a BlackTop Motorcycle Gang "reading raid" by Biff Mitchell, Hiedi Irvine & Joe Blades; a workshop–presentation by Hugh Hazelton & Nela Rio; and the 8th International Multicultural-Multilingual Poetry Reading and Poster Poem Exhibition, organized and founded by Nela Rio.
